What To Expect

Step 1: Submit Your Application

It takes less than five minutes to submit your application today.

Step 2: Talk With Us

We’ll reach out to you within five business days to review our programs and the eligibility requirements. If you’re a good fit for one of our programs, we’ll hold your hand through the entire process.

Step 3: Placement

Our waitlists are prioritized weekly. Based on your child’s age, your location preference, and your household income, your child will be placed in a classroom or with an Early Head Start family educator once there is availability. We accept applications all year round, but the best time to submit your application is between February and May.

Documentation Requirements

To be considered for enrollment, we will ask you for verification of your child’s age and household income for the past twelve months.

  • Birth certificate
  • Baptism or blessing certificate
  • Medicaid card
  • Foster care placement letter
  • Hospital certificate

Proof of income acceptable forms:

  • Income tax form 1040

  • W-2

  • Paystubs

  • Child Support

  • Unemployment

  • School Grants / Scholarships

  • Homeless Verification
  • Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
  • Family Employment Program (FEP)
